Parish Lunches are organised at roughly 2-monthly interval. These take place usually on a Tuesday, Wednesday or a Thursday at a local venue. The average attendance is about 20 diners. The venues are chosen for their quality and value for money. Transport can be arranged. Online Learning

 

Online Learning in Religious Studies enables participants to acquire the basic knowledge needed by those actively engaged in Catholic education and those who are interested in handing on the faith in their parishes and in their families, for example as catechists, teachers, parish workers, school governors, chaplains, young adults, parents and grandparents, and is open to those who reside outside of the Diocese.

sicknessandhospital The Church cares: All of us at one time or other will be a patient in hospital. It is a time of weakness and pain and a cause of deep anxiety. The church has always shown the greatest care for the sick in their trials, following the example of Our Lord. The receiving of the sacrament of the sick and other sacraments should not be delayed if there are serious concerns or anxieties over health.
