This week sees the start of National marriage week (7th - 14th February). Marriage Week aims to communicate that marriage is important to British society, and that a healthy marriage is a learning marriage. Learning new communication skills, appreciating different love languages and expressing commitment are all hallmarks of a learning marriage. Marriage Week also seeks to highlight the many voluntary organisations working with couples all year round. During the week there will be hundreds of activities taking place accross the country and we ask you to take time to honour and pray for the married couples within our parish.
We are offering the opportunity to married couples to renew their marriage vows together at the Sunday Masses on the10/11th February. Bolder couples will be invited to come forward; but all married people are invited to join in the renewal from their places.
