As often happens, two events coincided on Sunday morning: The Church Parade of the young people in our uniformed groups, and the enrolment of our boys and girls onto the First Holy Communion Programme. Happily some of the latter are members of the former and so that added to the coulour of the morning.
The Catechist Team will be meeting with our girls and boys each Sunday morning after the 9.30am Mass to prepare them for First Holy Communion in July. At the enrolment Fr Loughran asked the Parishioners to pray especially for the children over these next months.
