Bishop Campbell has announced that Darren Carden whom he ordained deacon a few weeks ago, will be being posted here. In the first instance Darren will come here to do pastoral work in the parish and in the hospital.
When he is ordained priest, at a date yet to be fixed, the idea is that he will become an Assistant Priest here eventually taking over from Fr Smith in the hospital.
