It is becoming a bit of a tradition at St. Clare's, that on the Friday's of Lent a soup lunch is served in the Parish Hall after the 12 noon Mass.
Volunteers make and serve the soup, and the proceeds from any donations go to the Parish Hodovo Project which is reaching out to former refugees (now internally displaced persons) in Bosnia. This is a joint venture between the parish, St. Clare's school and Corpus Christi College. 25 boys and girls from year 6 came over to Mass and then for soup, together with a good number of parishioners.
