The boys and girls being prepared for the Sacrament of Holy Communion gathered in church for the 9.30am Mass during which they were presented with a picture of Jesus at the Last Supper with his Apostles, remembering the first Mass.
On the reverse of the picture there are some prayers of thanksgiving for after receiving Holy Communion and also some prompts to pray at that special time for those in need or others close to us. Fr Carden led the boys and girls in these prayers to to show them what they will do when they have made their first Holy Communion.
