Against all of the odds, the weather held out for our family BBQ today. As this is Guild year, the parish is preparing a number of activities and the BBQ was to raise funds to support this.
As well as the requisite burgers and sausages, there was a cake sale, Tombola and a good number of the children (and one or two adults) took the opportunity to play some field games on the school yard.
Thanks to everyone who put time an effort into organising this event.
