One way the Diocese of Lancaster is trying to engage with Pope Benedict's initiative in the Year of Faith is to roll out the Evangelium Programme throughout the Diocese.
There are two venues in Preston, one at Our Lady & St Edward's church on Sunday evenings and one at Corpus Christi Catholic College on Friday evenings. The photographs that go with this piece show a gathering of folk at the College for
the first module in the course which is to be run over 20 week up to Easter.
The course is led, in the main, by lay presenters most of whom have a background in Education. It is hoped that the course will inform and enthuse those who attend.
