One more step along the road for the girls & boys making preparation to receive Holy Communion for the first time.
Today the boys & girls were presented with a picture of the Last Supper on the reverse side of which were prayers of thanksgiving for use after receiving Holy Communion. Prayers too, to be said for other people. The boys & girls were asked to be sure to bring these card to Mass each time they come. After the presentation the girls & boys were 'prayed over' by the whole congregartion led by the priest seeking God's blessing upon them and their families
