Fr Loughran together with some teachers and four children from our Primary School, once again visited the Settlement that we have been supporting for the last few years. As ever we were warmly welcomed by the children and staff in the little village school. They had coached a couple of children in English whose job it was to say words of welcome and then the whole school sang songs of greeting.
We were able to visit the local church and the secondary school near by. The money that we raise and send over is being well spent. The latest grant went to providing library books which are shared out amongst the local school cluster.
In the next few weeks it is hoped that the young people who went to Boasnia will give a brief presentation in church.
