Preparations
From 12th/13th May there will be people after mass collecting requests for-
Names for the "Roll of remembrance"
Personal/family flower arrangements for the window sills
Individual sponsorship of pew end arrangements
The lists will remain open during May.
During June there will be requests for help with supplying greenery, refreshments and for hosting during the three days of the festival.
Anyone wishing to be involved or willing to share their ideas and talents are most welcome to join in. Once again there is a list for names on the notice board in the porch.
The next planning meeting will be held on Wednesday 30th May at 7.30pm in the side chapel (if available)
Sincere thanks must go to Preston City Council who awarded us a grant of £300 towards preparations for the venture.
Our festival can only be a success with parish help and support.
