Youth weekend Castlerigg Manor 5th – 7th July 2013. This trip is open to all our young people attending senior school. The group will be split into two age groups over the weekend. The cost of the weekend will be £50.00 per person.

St Clare's has for many years been host to the 9th Fulwood Scout Group including, Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts and of course Scouts. They are always looking for new recruits and adults to help run their activities.

As I am sure you are aware, the culture our young people find themselves in can contradict and undermine our Christian faith. For this reason it is important that there is an age appropriate, Christ centred place for them to grow and learn together in order to help equip them for the challenges ahead.

Being a young Catholic today is hard but I absolutely love it! My faith is a part of who I am; it defines my personality and it sets me apart from other people of my age. I could not get through a day without Jesus! I believe He is always there, helping me and guiding me in even the smallest choices that I have to make.
